Coping with life... Is this board bout different coping strategies? If it is, then I just wanted to share some info which my psychologist has been discussing with me. "mindfullness meditation" can be a good way of achieving a bit more inner calm & help cope better with stress etc... Anyway, here is a little intro. For anyone whose interested there are many more of his vids on youtube. I Feel board and tried during the holidays because hard work is my passion.. when I tried exercise with yoga exercise and which is best for my brain and body fitness.
